基于MicroStation的隧道帽檐斜切式洞门参数化建模研究

摘    要:为推动BIM技术在隧道工程的应用,提高隧道BIM模型创建效率,依据参数化理论对隧道构件帽檐斜切式洞门参数化建模进行研究。帽檐斜切式洞门由不规则直纹曲面构成,无法通过简单的形体创建与布尔运算完成建模,设计及建模过程耗费大量精力。为提高设计效率,通过研究帽檐斜切式洞门结构物其自身独特的结构特点以及在隧道设计与施工过程的特点,利用MicroStation的开发工具MVBA进行二次开发,研究创建洞门的参数化方法,开发出能够高效创建帽檐斜切式洞门模型的程序。该程序在设计过程动态预览模型,能够提高设计效率,且支持动态精确放置,自动统计工程数量。

Abstract:In order to promote the application of BIM technology in tunnel engineering and improve the modeling efficiency of the tunnel BIM model, the parametric modeling of hat brim slanting cut tunnel portal is studied on the basis of parametric theory. Due to the uniqueness of the irregular ruled surface structure, the hat brim slanting cut tunnel portal cannot be modeled by simple shape creation and Boolean operations, and the traditional design and modeling process consumes a lot of energy. As a result, in order to improve the design efficiency and provide reference for other engineering structures, the unique structure characteristics and the characteristics of the tunnel design and construction process are studied, the secondary development is conducted by using MicroStation, the parameterization method of creating the tunnel portal is studied, and a program that can efficiently create a hat brim slanting cut portal model is developed. The program supports dynamic and precise placement and automatic engineering quantity statistics, which will improve the design efficiency and has a very good application effect in actual engineering and reference value for other engineering components.
