摘    要:桥式起重机采用变频器作为拖动系统电动机的变频调速电源,用PLC作为拖动系统的控制器件,将变频器起动转矩大、调速性能好、控制方便、兼有多种保护的优点和PLC控制可靠、灵活的特点有机结合在一起,提高了桥式起重机的运行性能和可靠性,是目前较为理想的控制模式.

Abstract:The bridge crane uses the frequency transducer as power source of frequency transducing timing of dragging system and PLC as the control component of it.Such advantages of frequency transducer as big start-up torque,good timing performance,convenient control and diverse protection are combined with the features of reliable and dexterous control of PLC to improve the running performance and reliability of the bridge crane.This control mode is ideal now.
