摘    要:针对国标计算弯曲强度时齿形系数的选择或计算往往不准确这一问题,应用啮合原理将刀具设计与齿轮设计相结合,准确计算齿形系数,计算适应于标准刀具加工出的齿轮,也适用于非标准刀具加工出的齿轮;并用V isual Basic语言对齿轮弯曲强度进行程序化计算,使齿轮弯曲强度的计算更加准确高效.

Abstract:Aiming at the inaccurate profile factor values of calculating bending stresses according to the national standard,the gear design and the hob design are combined by making use of mesh principle to calculate profile factor values precisely.The calculation can be used in the gears made by standard and nonstandard hobs.The calculation program of bending strength is made with computer language VB,so the computation of the bending strength is more precise and efficient.
