摘    要:
4200kN缆索吊,跨度420m,起吊整体节段350t钢桁梁,是我国高速铁路架设大跨度连续钢桁梁拱桥的大型吊装设备,在国外亦属罕见。此文简要介绍了缆塔与扣塔合二为一的塔结构的设计特点、施工方法,并对工程造价进行了探讨和分析。

Abstract:
The 4 200 kN cable crane, which is of a 420 m span and 350 t capacity of lifting full section steel truss beams, is a large scale hoisting rig even seldom seen abroad, for erecting large - span continuous steel truss arch bridges of high speed railways in our country. This article makes a brief introduction to the design characteristics and construction method of the tower structure which is formed of the cable pylon and the fastening pylon, and also performs an analysis and exploration of the engineering cost of the same.
