水上大体积混凝土墩台冬季温控技术

摘    要:为探讨水上大体积混凝土墩台在我国北方冬季施工的质量控制技术,以天津某码头工程水上墩台为原型,根据拟定的冬季施工方案,开展现场缩尺物理模型试验。通过试验块温度场监控数据与有限元计算结果的对比分析,验证了有限元温度场分析的可行性及指标选取的合理性。在此基础上,进一步对比分析蓄热养护法、综合养护法及循环冷却系统对墩台混凝土施工温度场分布的影响,提出大体积混凝土墩台冬季施工的最佳施工控制技术。

Abstract:In order to discuss the winter construction quality control technology of pier structure in north area of China,taking the working pier of Tianjin wharf project as the prototype,according to the proposed winter construction scheme,the scale physical model test was carried out.Through the comparative analysis of the monitoring data of the test block temperature field and the finite element calculation results,feasibility of finite element temperature field analysis and rationality of index selection was verified.On this basis,through the analysis of pier temperature distribution influence based on the thermos method,comprehensive conservation method and circulating cooling system,the optimal construction control technology for winter construction of pier was put forward.
