散货码头岸基供电系统的设计要点

摘    要:在国家宏观政策的扶持下,各港区上马了一批散货码头岸电示范项目,但在系统配置上与国家和国际岸电相关标准要求略有不同。针对这一情况,研究相关的规范与标准如何与工程设计密切结合,通过对岸电低压上船连接方式和高压上船连接方式、单泊位和多泊位配电方式进行比较,归纳不同供电方式下的优缺点,提出符合现行标准的解决方案。各码头可根据泊位的情况、靠泊船型资料,采用推荐的供电方案,实现经济性与可靠性相协调。

Abstract:Under the support of national policy,some AMP demonstration projects for bulk wharf are launched by each terminal while these projects are a little different from the related requirements of JT and IEC standards.In order to be closely integrated with engineering design,we study the relevant codes and standards,conclude advantages and disadvantages of different schemes by comparing LVSC with HVSC systems,single berth with double berths,and put forward a solution that meets the current standards.Terminals should apply appropriate power distribution system based on their own specific circumstances in conjunction with economic efficiency and reliability.
