| 摘 要： | 为探讨ｎｍ２３、ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２基因在评估肺癌生物学行为及预后中的作用，应用免疫组化ＡＢＣ法检测了４１例肺癌及３０例癌分组织中ｎｍ２３及ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２的表达。结果表明癌组织中ｎｍ２３ｋｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２表达率显著高于癌旁组织（Ｐ＜０．００１）；两者相关性极强（Ｘ２＝６．６２，Ｐ＜０．０２），且均与癌病理分级、ＴＮＭ分期及肺门和（或）纵隔淋巴结转移（简称分级、分期及转移）呈正相关（Ｐ＜０．００１、０．０１或０．０５）。提示ｎｍ２３及ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２基因表达可作为肺癌诊断及预后和生物学行为评估的指标。

| Abstract: | in order to study the relationshipsamong expression of nm23, c-erbB-2 gene, prognosis of lung carcinoma and biological behavior, 41cases of lung carcinoma and 30 cases of adjacent normal tissues were investigated through immunohistochemical ABC method. The results showed thatthe positive rates of expression of "m23, c-erbB-2gene in lung carcinoma was significantly higher thanthat in normal tissue (P<0. 001). The correlationof expression nm23, c-erbB-2 gene is rather significant (P<0. 02). The "m23 and c-erbB-2 gene expression is positively correlated with pathologicalgrades (PG), TNM stages and hilar or/and mediastinal lymph node involvement (H or/and MLI)(P < 0. 001 or 0. 01 or 0. 05). Our results suggestthat the expression levels of nm23 and c-erbB-2gene may be a valuable marker for diagnosis and evaluation of biological behavior and prognosis oflung carcinoma. |
