| 摘 要： | 船舶轮机部团队的协调配合是机舱资源管理的重要方面。本文阐述了团队协作能力的重要性,介绍了轮机部工作中协调配合的做法,指出了工作完成后,要进行合理的团队自评,阐明了团队强调的是协同工作,没有完美的个人,只有无敌的团队。

| Abstract: | Coordination with engineering department team is an important aspect of engine room resource management. This paper expounds the importance of team cooperation ability,introduced the engine department coordination practices,pointed out that after the completion of the work,should be a reasonable team self evaluation,expounded the team emphasizes the collaborative work,there is no perfect person,only invincible team. |
