乌鞘岭特长隧道注浆堵水施工技术研究

摘    要:结合兰新线兰武段增建二线控制工程乌鞘岭特长隧道8号斜井左、右线的注浆堵水施工,讨论了注浆堵水的原则,详细介绍了注浆方案、注浆材料的性能、注浆材料的分类和选用,分别阐述了针对不同渗水情况而采取的超前注浆、局部顶水注浆和周边径向注浆等的关键技术。最后给出了注浆参数、注浆结束标准和工艺过程。

Abstract:In light of the slurry injection of the left and right lines in the 8th inclined well for the Wushaoling long tunnel in the Lanzhou-Wuwei section of Lan-Xin Railway,the principles for slurry injection and water stemming are discussed,and the determination of grouting scheme,the properties,classification and selection of grouting materials are discussed in detail.In accordance with different conditions of water leakage,The key technologies,such as the pre-slurry injection,the local slurry injection against water and the perimeter radial slurry injection,are elaborated.Finally,this article provides the parameters,the final standards and the technology process of the slurry injection.
