耙吸挖泥船集成平台管理系统的研究

摘    要:本文以耙吸挖泥船为应用背景,介绍了挖泥船对主推进、电站、辅助机械、挖泥机械、仪表和操纵等构成的集成平台管理系统进行集中网络控制的实现方法,重点讨论了CANBUS、LONWORKS现场总线和工业以太网网络接口技术的解决方案。通过现场总线和工业以太网的有机结合,充分发挥二种网络的特点,较好地解决了耙吸挖泥船对多个子系统的集中控制和管理。应用表明由现场总线和工业以太网构成的二层网络平台,是解决挖泥船集中控制和管理的有效方法。

Abstract:In this paper,an integrated platform management system,which makes centralized management of the main propulsion system,power station,auxiliary machinery,dredging apparatus,indication instruments,controls,and so on,is presented,and the implementation method of network control of the management system is introduced,with emphasis on discussing the solution for interface network between field buses CANBUS and LONWORKS and Ethernet.In combination of the fieldbuses with the Ethernet,the advantages of the two networks are fully used.The problem of centralized control and management of all the subsystems has been well solved.The system's operation show that the two layer network platform composed of fieldbus and Ethernet is an efficient way to conduct a centralized control and management of a dredger.
