佛山地铁运营运作管理系统的设计与创新

摘    要:佛山地铁采用生产运作业务一体化的模式建设运作管理系统,致力于打破运营管理对象与运营生产业务 间的壁垒,实现各业务之间的数据互通。通过研究分析佛山地铁运营业务之间的关系,找出佛山地铁运营业务建 模以及资产设备一体化的业务关系,从而确定系统中各大功能模块的业务需求。通过依赖注入的方式,解决设备 资产与维修之间的业务联动问题,实现资产设备的全生命周期管理。在建设调度施工管理模块上,把施工界面图 形化、施工条件审核自动化作为创新需求。为企业信息化业务一体化建设和数据孤岛治理奠定基础,为行业的信 息化建设贡献经验。

Abstract:The Foshan Metro adopts the model of the integration of production, operation, and services to build an operational management system, which is committed to breaking the barriers between operation and management as well as between operation and production, and realizing data exchange among various business. By studying and analyzing the relationship among the Foshan metro operations, a model for the Foshan metro operations business and relationship among activities for asset and equipment integration were obtained to determine the business requirements of each major functional module in the system. Dependency injection is used to solve the problem of business linkages between equipment assets and maintenance, and to realize the entire life cycle management of assets and equipment. In the construction scheduling and management modules, the graphical construction interface and automation of construction condition audits are regarded as innovative requirements. The study lays the foundation for applying information technology to business integration and data island governance in the industry.
