城市轨道交通建设工程进度 可视化管理系统的设计与实现

针对轨道交通建设工程进度的可视化管控需求，提出并实现一种城市轨道交通建设工程进度可视化管理 系统。基于工程进度管控体系，利用数据运算模型的搭建及数据可视化展示技术，结合工程进度周报的管理要求， 实现对工程建设形象进度管理的可视化管控。结合信息化管控平台，为地铁建设工程进度管理人员及整个地铁线 网建设进度、各线路建设进度，各车站建设进度的标准化、可视化及一体化管理提供操作平台，提高轨道交通建 设工程进度管理的水平，降低进度管控的成本。

Design and Implementation of an Urban Rail Transit Construction Project Progress Visualization Management System

To meet the demand of visual management and control for rail transit construction project progress management, a visual management system for an urban rail transit construction project progress is proposed and implemented based on the establishment of a project schedule management and control system, using a data-calculation model construction and data visualization display technology, combined with the project schedule weekly report management requirements, to achieve the visual management and control of the project construction image progress management. Combined with the information management platform, it provides an operation platform for the subway construction project schedule management personnel to standardize, visualize, and integrate the construction progress of the entire subway network, the construction progress of each line, and the construction progress of each station. The system improves the management level of rail transit construction project schedule management, and reduces the management cost of schedule management and control.
