转矩加强盒成形过程数值模拟与参数优化

摘    要:采用有限元分析软件Dynaform,对汽车结构件转矩加强盒的拉延成形过程进行了模拟分析。对影响拉延成形质量的工艺参数进行了优化,着重优化了拉延筋和压边力工艺参数,并将数值取在一定范围内。在易发生起皱的工艺型面上,增设了纵向吸皱筋,这与以往只在压料面上设置拉延筋相比有了创新。最终将优化后的模拟结果与实际生产出来的拉延件结果进行了数据对比,验证了数值模拟的正确性。

Abstract:A simulation analysis on the forming process of vehicle torque box is conducted by using sheet metal forming software Dynaform.The process parameters affecting the quality of forming are optimized with the emphases put on drawbead and blank holding force(BHF).Being different from the usual case that the drawbead is only set on binder,a longitudinal drawbead is added on the technologically supplementary surface for reducing or even eliminating wrinkles.Finally the optimization results are compared to production part with good agreement,verifying the correctness of numerical simulation.
