摘    要:对疲劳强度理论进行分析,结合摩托车车架系统的疲劳类型为机械高周变幅疲劳的特点,提出采用安全寿命设计方法分析摩托车车架系统疲劳问题的研究思路。建立了与疲劳试验机试验工况相对应的摩托车车架系统有限元分析模型,对摩托车车架系统疲劳强度进行了计算,在此基础上对该车架系统的疲劳寿命进行了预估,车架疲劳试验机上试验结果验证了理论分析的正确性,为车架疲劳强度分析及寿命预估提供了理论依据。

Abstract:In view of that the fatigue of motorcycle frame is characterized by mechanical high cycle variable amplitude fatigue,a new method of safe life design is proposed to analyze the fatigue problems in motorcycle frame.A finite element model for motorcycle frame is built and its fatigue strengths under different conditions are calculated,and based on which its fatigue life is evaluated.The result is verified by the test on fatigue machine.This provides a theoretical base for fatigue strength analysis and life prediction for motorcycle frame.
