摘    要:研究目的:在第六次铁路提速施工中,调整线间距和缓和曲线长度引起多项桥梁改造项目。通过移梁可以 最大限度地发挥既有桥梁的使用功能,同时又能大大缩短提速改造施工的工期。 研究方法:本文详细介绍了在津浦线第六次提速改造施工中对3-20 m简支T梁的整体移梁施工技术,施 工中针对桥梁钢支座需埋设锚栓固定下摆的特点,根据现场实际情况,巧妙利用钢板固定既有钢桥支座,采用 竖向千斤顶和横向千斤顶相结合的普通施工方法,在不中断铁路交通运输,利用夜间列车运营“天窗点”的时 问,结合铁路线路拨道,安全正点地完成了大吨位桥梁的横向移设施工任务。 研究结果:使既有线满足了200 km/h运营速度的要求 研究结论:移梁后通过后期观察,梁体在铁路运营中结构稳定,质量可靠,收到了预期的效果,实践证明此 项移梁施工技术是成功的,是安全可行的。

Abstract:Research purpose: Adjustment on distance between lines and length of transition curve brings several bridge rehabilitation projects, during the construction of the sixth speed-increasing on railway line. By means of moving beams of bridge, functions of existing bridge can be exerted at full capacity, while the duration of improvement construction can be shortened significantly. Research method: The paper gives a detailed introduction on construction technique of 3-20 meters long simple-supported T-type beam integral moving on the sixth speed-increasing on railway line of Jin-pu line. Aiming at the character of anchor submerged in the bridge steel bearings to fix lower pendulars, according to circumstances of the site, several construction methods are skillfully used to complete the task of high tonnage bridge beam lateral moving without influencing normal operation of train, such as using steel plate to fix the existing steel bearings, combining vertical jack with lateral jack, utilizing "window time" of track operation at night, using technique of lining of track. Research result: it helps to meet the requirement of the speed of 200 km/h. Research conclusion: Through the observation following beam moving, beam can maintain stability in structure and reliability in quality which reaches the expected effect. Practice has proved that this beam moving technique can be applied successfully and feasibsly.
