| 摘 要： | 统计过程控制(SPC)的核心是控制图,控制图分为计量型控制图和计数型控制图。应用计数型控制图中的P控制图对地铁车辆的装配工序质量进行实时的监测与评价,从而使车辆的总体质量得到有效控制。

| Abstract: | The control chart is the core of Statistic Process Control （SPC）, the control chart can be divided intomeasurement control chart and counting control chart. The P chart is used for real-time monitoring and evaluation of the process and assembly quality of subway cars, so that the overall quality of the vehicle can be controlled. |
