我国自主汽车企业海外投资风险及对策

我国自主汽车企业近几年来海外投资规模增长迅速，但目前我国自主汽车企业的对外投资仍处于初级阶段，海外投资风险时有发生。文章从投资环境、投资决策及投资经营等方面对我国自主汽车企业海外投资进行了多方位的风险因素分析，从7个方面阐述了海外投资风险的防范机制与对策，指出为了降低投资风险，需要企业自身引起警觉，并采取相应的措施。

Overseas Investment Venture and Countermeasure Analysis of Domestic Independent Automotive Enterprise

With the rapid increase of overseas investment scale of domestic independent auto enterprises in recent years, external investment is still in the primary stage and overseas investment venture frequently occurs. From the investment environment, investment decision and investment management, the multi-direction venture factor analysis of overseas investment in domestic independent auto enterprises is made. From seven aspects overseas investment prevention mechanism and countermeasures is described. It is indicated that in order to reduce the risk, the enterprises themselves should adopt corresponding countermeasures.
