汽车主销后倾角和内倾角的测量计算方法

精确计算、测量汽车主销后倾角、内倾角,对于车辆悬挂系统的设计、试验、检测具有重要的实际应用价值。通过分析悬挂及测量原理,从测量的角度建立了主销后倾角的几何模型,推导出主销角度的精确计算公式,并对近似公式进行了误差分析。结果表明:在主销角度较小且所设定转盘角度较小的情况下,经验值与精确值比较接近;当主销角度较大或所设定转盘角度加大的时候,经验值误差加大,利用经验近似公式计算的主销角度准确度明显降低。

Measurement and Calculation Methods of Car Kingpin Inclination Angle

Accurate expression for caster and steering axis inclination（SAI） is important for suspension de-sign and diagnose.Through the analysis of suspension system and wheel alignment,we derived a geometry model for steering axis measurement,and developed an accurate expression for caster and SAI.Compare the approximate formula with the accurate expression.The result indicate that： when caster or SAI is small and the angle of turn-table is small,the data from approximate formula approaches to the accurate data;when caster or SAI becomes big or the angle of turn-table is big,the difference between the two data should not to be neglected.The accuracy of the data from approximate formula is obviously reduced.
