| Abstract: | The paper expounds how to carry out the connotation of the Work Conference of China Railway and fulfill the arrangement of the Work Conference of China Academy of Railway Sciences. The paper also summarizes the work in 2011 and analyzes the situation and tasks in 2012, and then puts forward the priorities of work in 2012 to adapt to the new requirements and new tasks raised by the railway development in the new year. It is suggested that the increase of capacity of quality inspection should be accelerated, the total risk management should be strengthened to supply fundamental technical support for railway development. |
