橡胶粉改性水泥混凝土抗冲击韧性试验研究

摘    要:以不同细度、不同掺量的橡胶粉等质量替代部分河砂作为细集料,研究废旧橡胶粉的掺加对水泥混凝土抗冲击韧性的影响,结果表明:废旧橡胶粉的掺加能较好的改善水泥混凝土的抗冲击韧性;同一细度下,水泥混凝土抗冲击韧性随着橡胶粉掺量的增加而提高;同一掺量下,橡胶粉越细,抗冲击韧性的改善效果越明显。

Abstract:Using different finenesses, different dosages of rubber powder to replace equal quality river sand as fine aggregate, this paper studies that how different dosages of recycled rubber powder in cement concrete affect the impact resistance of concrete. The results of the study show that dosages of recycled rubber powder increase the performance of cement concrete's impact resistance. Moreover, under the same fineness, the performance of cement concrete's impact resistance increases with dosage of recycled rubber powder, under the same dosage, the performance of cement concrete's impact resistance increases when the fineness of rubber powder get smaller.
