| 摘 要： | 利用模糊数学理论建立了道路交通噪声对城市居民影响的评价模型，从道路交通噪声的客观实测量和噪声引起的居民主观反应两个方面进行评价．将道路交通噪声级、主观烦恼度和噪声对居民睡眠、思考、语言的干扰程度作为评价因素，从而全面反映道路交通噪声对居民的实际影响程度，并通过实例对评价模型的运用进行了说明．

| Abstract: | Based on fuzzy mathematics theory,a model for evaluating the impact of road traffic noise on urban residence is presented,and the assessment includes residence's subjective reaction and measured data.Besides noise level,noise annoyance and its disturbance to residence's sleeping,thinking and talking are taken as assessment factors.This model is more effective and rational with an application exampale. |
