| 摘 要： | 在海运单日益被各主要航运国家采用,并得到广泛应用的同时,应正确认识海运单这一新事物,了解海运单各方面的知识,做到既能发挥海运单避免压港、及时提货等优点,也必须认识到海运单无法充分保护收货人利益的弊端,更好地适应国际贸易的不断发展。

| Abstract: | Sea waybill is being used by main shipping nation intreasingly. We should take the right cognition on this new thing, develop the advantage of avoid pressing harbor and lift the goods on time.While we must realize that the blemish of the sea waybill can't protect the irregularity of the consignee benefits well, to suit for the continual development of international trade. |
