| 摘 要： | 钢套箱围堰是为解决承台和桥墩施工而设计的临时阻水结构,其作用是通过钢套箱围堰和封底混凝土阻水,为水上承台和水上桥墩的施工提供无水的干施工环境。该文以轨道交通2号线东延伸3标工程的实例,重点介绍无底钢套箱的设计、制作、安装和封底混凝土的施工方法,其中钢套箱的分块制作,现场拼装,整体下放工艺因避免使用大型船机设备,大大节约工程成本取得较好的效果,可广泛应用。
