| 摘 要： | 本文探讨了基于WebGIS技术来构建新型“数字农村”的地理信息公共服务平台。通过对GIS技术、计算机技术、互联网络技术、通信技术、空间数据融合技术的有效集成来实现GIS系统的开发,重点研究了该服务平台系统的总体设计目标、功能实现、技术路线、数据采集及处理、系统管理等内容,提出了整体设计方案及每个功能模块的设计思想和技术实现,并就系统的组成与应用框架、地理空间数据共享服务平台、信息系统的可重构性等技术问题进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | This paper discusses the WebGIS-based technology to create a new 'Digital rural' geographical information services platform. Through GIS, computer technology,Internet technology, communications technology, data integration techniques to achieve the effective integration of GIS Development, Focus on the design of the platform,achieving functional,technical line, data acquisition and processing.content management system,And the overall design and function of each module design and technology,And the composition and application framework, geospatial data sharing service platform,the reconstructional information system and other technical issues were discussed. |
