摘    要:加强内涵建设,提高人才培养质量是高等职业教育当前中心的工作,而专业教师的队伍建设.是实现上述目标的关键因素。本文通过对五所高职院校土建类专业教师队伍状况与培养方式、途径等多方面调研、统计、归纳与分析,提出了高职土建类专业教师队伍的多元培养模式,对提高专业教师执教能力和综合素质,提出了多元培养培训的方法、途径、措施。

Abstract:It is the core job for higher vocational education to strengthen the connotation construction and improve personnel training quality. The professional teachers are the key factor for achieving the above objectives. By the research, statistics, summary and analysis to the professional teachers of civil engineering in 5 vocational colleges, this article puts forward the diversified mode of civil engineering, and addresses the methods, approaches and measures of multi-cultivation to improve the teaching ability and overall quality of professional teachers.
