埋地管道安全运行的综合评价

摘    要:探讨了埋地管道安全运行的综合评价问题,并以研制的快速检测仪和综合检测仪的检测数据为基础,建立了防腐层与管体的综合评价系统,编制了腐蚀与防护数据库和评价系统软件。在研究埋地管道的腐蚀剩余寿命时,提出了非开挖腐蚀预测方法。合理的评价方法可以定量地确定管道缺损严重程度与管道操作状况的关系,为管道的运行管理提供科学依据,延长管道的使用寿命,并有可能在不降低管道安全和完整性的前提下,允许超过制造范围质量标准所要求的较大的缺损存在。

Abstract:Discussing the safe operation of buried oil pipeline,the comprehensive evaluation,and the problems in the rapid detector and comprehensive test detection data,established the coating tube and the comprehensive evaluation system,the corrosion protection of database and evaluation system and software.In the study of buried oil pipeline corrosion residual life,puts forward the excavation corrosion prediction method.The reasonable evaluation method can quantitatively determined severity and pipeline defect in the pipeline,the relationship between the operation status of pipeline operation management for providing scientific basis for the extension of the pipeline,the use of life,and may not reduce piping safety and integrity in the premise,allow more than the required quality standards range of defect.
