| 摘 要： | 大型矿用自卸车装设自动称重系统可以帮助驾驶员和调度管理部门及时了解车辆的载荷情况,以防止车辆超载,从而延长车辆和轮胎使用寿命、减少车辆维修时间,并减少车辆维护运行成本。本文介绍了SF33900大型矿用自卸车自动称重系统的组成、工作原理及其应用,并分析了引起系统测量误差的原因。

| Abstract: | The Auto-Weighing System of Large Mining Haul Trucks can help driver,dispatcher and administrator know the load of vehicle in time to avoid vehicle overload,prolong the serviceable life of vehicle and tyre,reduce the maintenance time of vehicle and the decrease cost of the vehicle's maintenance and operation.In this paper,the structure,work principle and application of the auto-weighing system of large mining haul trucks are introduced,and the reason of system measurement error is analyze. |
