严寒地区900t预制箱梁冬期混凝土养护控制技术

高速铁路箱梁由于体积大,水化热多,在冬期寒冷条件下进行箱梁施工,混凝土养护时准确控制混凝土的芯部、表层及环境温差是保证箱梁质量的重要前提。结合工程实践,对严寒地区900t预制箱梁采用暖棚蓄热养护,较为详细地介绍了保温设施温控系统的系统设置及温度控制过程,对类似工程的冬期混凝土养护具有一定的参考价值。

Winter Cure-embroiling Techniques for 900t Pre-cast Box Girders in Frigid Areas

Owing to the large size and much of the hydrated heat of the box girders for passengers-oriented railways,which make the construction of the box girder in frigid conditions more difficult,the precise control of the core,the surface,and the differencce in temperature of the environment of the concrete when it is cured is the key to ensuring the quality of the box gird-er.With the practical construction of some projects as examples,introduced in detail in the paper are the systematic provision of the temerature-controlling system and the process of temperature control,during which the heat-retaining hot shed is used for curing the 900tpre-cast box girder in frigid areas.It may serve as a useful reference for the winter curing of concrete of other similar projects.
