石家庄城市交通项目中山路公交优先

摘    要:为实现世界银行“为人和货的移动创造良好的环境,实现石家庄市的公共交通、自行车、步行等交通方式在城市交通系统中运行效率得到提高”的总目标,在石家庄市城市总体规划的指导下,本着“少花钱,多办事,见实效”的原则,对石家庄市公交线网最为集中的中山路进行改造,实施公交优先试点。实践证明,公交优先的实施,提高了公交设计车辆的客运能力和通行能力,把使用个人交通工具的人有效地吸引到了公共交通上来,促使了石家庄市出行方式结构的良性转变,塑造了合理的城市交通方式结构。

Abstract:In order to implement the overall target of World Bank “to create good environment for the movement of human and goods, to implement the improvement of operation efficiency of transit mode such as public transit, bicycles and walk etc. in Shijiazhuang City in the urban transit system”, under the guiding of urban overall planning of Shijiazhuang City and in accordance with the principle of “less money, more acting, seeing actual effect” it transforms Zhongshan Road which is a road with the most concentrative public line network in Shijiazhuang City for implementing the public transit priority for making experiments. The practice proves that the implement of public transit priority improves the passenger transport capacity and the traffic capacity of public transit designed vehicles so as to effectively attract the people who use the private traffic tool on the public traffic for impelling the trip mode structure of Shijiazhuang City to have good change and for molding the reasonable urban transit mode structure.
