| 摘 要： | 本次论坛以“系统科学与交通发展”为主题，涉及区域综合交通规划理论与方法、智能交通技术进展及应用、交通运输节能方法与实施策略、绿色物流等专题.论坛以系统科学思想和交通运输体系建设为对象，分析了社会经济系统与交通系统的复杂性，及其轨道交通系统安全技术问题，探讨了可持续发展交通政策下的货运和物流行动计划，研究了小汽车与城市的发展关系，以及北京交通发展历程和交通政策的实施效果，同时也阐述了“十二五”综合交通规划的目标与任务.论坛从加强综合交通运输系统理论的探索，完善交通运输系统化管理体系，构建生态交通、绿色物流，并制定相关制度加以保障等角度展开讨论.
