摘    要:通过试验装置模拟装甲车辆水下起动,进行了多方案对比试验,分析了影响柴油机水下起动性能的几个主要因素。结果表明,配气相位和排气系统是影响柴油机水下起动性能的2个主要因素,气门重叠角越小,越有利于水下起动;脉冲排气系统较组合脉冲排气系统更有利于柴油机水下起动。

Abstract:The underwater starting circumstance of armored vehicle was simulated,and the contrast tests of various schemes was proceed. Several main factors of affecting underwater starting performance were analyzed. The results show that the valve timing and the exhaust system are two main factors which affect the diesel engine underwater starting performance. The smaller the valve overlap angle is, the easier the diesel engine starts underwater. It is found for further that the pulse exhaust system is more beneficial for the diesel engine underwater starting than the MPC exhaust system.
