| Abstract: | By reviewing the more than 20 years' intellectual property disputes between China and the US,the author analyzes the influence of such disputes on establishing and developing Chinese legal intellectual property system.After introducing different viewpoints among Chinese scholars on the intellectual property issues and showing the forming process of the opinions on protecting the intellectual property appropriately in China,the author concludes that to protect the intellectual property to an appropriate degree is necessary for China to put the Intellectual Property Law into practice. |
