| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了一种基于PC386微型机的新型三坐标微机数控铣床CNC系统软件的设计方法。提出了系统软件的结构，着重介绍了插补算法、刀具补偿、尖角过渡仿真、实时加工和刀具轨迹显示，同时简要介绍了加工程序的解释与分析。

| Abstract: | Based on PC386 microcomputer system,the desiging method of CNC system software for a new kind of NC milling machine is proposed,and the system structure is presented.The interpolation algorithm,tool nose compensation,corner rounding,simulation,real time machining,and the dispaly of tool nose path are introduced emphatically,and at the same time, the interpretation and analysis relation to a machining program are briefly introduced. |
