肿瘤坏死因子和慢性中耳炎的关系

目的　观察TNF α在肉芽组织和胆脂瘤中的表达 ,并探讨其与中耳炎的关系。方法　通过免疫组化法观察TNF α在 4 2例中耳炎患者中耳腔肉芽组织、胆脂瘤及外耳道皮肤的表达。结果　包含肉芽和胆脂瘤两种组织者TNF α表达程度高于仅有肉芽的组织 ;仅有胆脂瘤的组织TNF α表达程度高于仅有肉芽的组织 ;外耳道皮肤 10例未见表达。结论　TNF α在肉芽组织和胆脂瘤中均有表达 ,说明TNF α在肉芽组织和胆脂瘤形成和发展中起到一定作用 ,且胆脂瘤中的TNF α表达高于肉芽组织 ,说明两者的形成过程中局部始终处于炎症状态。

The relationship between TNF-α and chronic otitis media

Objective To observe the expression and localiz at ion of tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α) of granulation tissue and chole steatoma in chronic otitis media, and explore its relationship with chronic otit is media. Methods The expression of TNF-α was observe d by immunohistochemical method in cholesteatoma, granulation tissue and normal external ear canal skin in 42 cases with chronic otitis media. Results The level of TNF-α in the group of the sample s including cholesteatoma and granulation tissue increased significantly (P< 0.05), compared with that in the group of granulation tissue. The level of TNF- α in the group of cholesteatoma was higher significantly (P<0.05) than that in the group of granulation tissue. The epithelium of normal external ear c anal skin was not stained. Conclusion The high expression of TNF-α in the granul ation tissue and cholesteatoma indicates that TNF-α plays an important rol e in the formation and development of granulation tissue and cholesteatoma. The level of TNF-α in the epithelium of cholesteatoma is higher than in granul ation tissue, which suggests that both are in the state of inflammation.
