摘    要:为优化厢式车夹芯复合板结构,对优化计算中的边值问题进行了分析:首先分析了夹芯复合板各部分的材料特性和整板力学性能,然后利用经验法和薄板理论确定了夹芯复合板结构优化的边界约束和性态约束条件,最终建立了约束方程,为结构优化提供了前提条件。

Abstract:Boundary value problem of calculate process was analyzed, in this paper, for optimizing Sandwich Panel of van body. Materials characteristics and mechanical performance of Sandwich Panel was analyzed, and experiential methods and the theoretics of thin plate were applied to solve boundary and characteristics constraint conditions, and constraint equations were established ultimately, which offered precondition for sandwich panel structure optimization.
