| 摘 要： | 危化品运输船舶海上泄露事故危害涉及面广、救援处置难度大。因海洋环境的特殊性,与常规危化品道路运输泄露事故处置差别较大,消防救援队伍处置经验不足。本文以一起实战处置案例为引子,分析了危化品运输船舶海上泄露事故特点,提出了危化品运输船舶海上泄露事故应急救援处置对策,以期给消防救援队伍提出一些指导性建议。

| Abstract: | Leakage accidents of dangerous chemicals on maritime transportation can cause huge damages and is hard to dandle with.The complicated marine environment makes the emergency rescue very different from the rescue on road transportation,which poses great challenges to the rescue staff.Based on a case study,this essay analyzes the characteristics of leakage accidents of dangerous chemicals on maritime transportation,and puts forward countermeasures as a guidance for the rescue team. |
