| 摘 要： | 提高学生的就业能力是稳定就业质量的关键要素,为了探索提高高职商贸大类相关专业学生就业能力的有效路径,通过问卷调查、实地调研合作企业、走访毕业生等方法,提出通过“六一工程”提高学生就业能力,做到就业能力与岗位需求相适应。采用“三融合”式组合拳方式,合力提高学生就业质量,确保高素质人才培养与提高。采用“四推进”提高学生就业能力,稳定就业意愿。
