| 摘 要： | 航海类专业人才的流失和全球经济发展对航运人才与日俱增的需求导致船员供需矛盾严重。恰逢国家高职百万扩招政策适时出台,分析了在此政策背景下航海类专业人才的需求前景,提出了人才培养的相关的对策。

| Abstract: | The outflow of maritime professionals and the increasing demand for shipping talents by the development of global economy lead to serious contradiction between supply and demand of seafarers.Under the background of enrollment expansion of higher vocational education,this paper analyzes the demand prospect of maritime professionals,and puts forward relevant countermeasures of personnel training. |
