| 摘 要： | 新时代高校基层党组织必须站在党的建设总要求的全局高度,着力推进理论探索和创新实践的相互统一,形成融合发展共同体。通过探索构建“四六三”基层党组织治理体系,以“1+1+N”具体路径为实践载体,对提升基层党组织组织力“加减乘除”进行深入思考,总结提炼形成提升基层党组织组织力的有效经验,以高质量党建引领事业发展,提高高校基层党组织治理效能,使高校基层党组织努力成为坚持党的领导的重要阵地。
