| 摘 要： | 新型３０ｋＶ电流模式ＰＷＭ控制的功率变换器采用ＮＰＴ－ＩＧＢＴ器件，无需串联隔直防偏磁电容，使用有源斜坡补偿技术，效率达到９０％，具有极好的动态响应、过流保护及模块均流并联性能，是一种具有极大功率扩容（可达到２００ｋＷ）潜力并易于工程化实现的ＩＧＢＴ功率变换器。

| Abstract: | Presented in the paper is a novel 30 kW current mode PWM controlled power converter.The converter,of which the efficiency reaches 90%,applies NPT-IGBT device and an active slope compensation technology with no need to series connect a DC blocking and bias proof capacitor.It features excellent dynamic response,over current protection,parallel module current equalization,very high power expansion potential(as high as 100 kW)as well as easy engineering realization. |
