摘    要:高强钢的应用作为汽车轻量化主要途径之一,能保证整车骨架的安全性强度,但不一定能保证整车的刚度性能。本文通过CAE模态计算,对采用高强钢前后的某整车骨架刚度进行对比分析。

Abstract:Application of high strength steel is a main way of vehicle body lightweight. High strength steel can en-sure the safety strength of bus/coach body structure, but it is not sure to ensure the rigidity of bus/coach body structure. The authors analyze the change of bus/coach body structure rigidity after using high strength steel through the CAE modal calculation.
