换档策略对重型商用车燃料消耗量检验的影响研究

重型商用车辆燃料消耗量法规检验中没有具体的换档规定，但采用不同的换档策略，检测结果有一定的差别。本文通过建立数学模型模拟燃料消耗量检验过程，在满足法规要求的前提下，采用两种极端换档策略得到的检验结果差异较大；在此基础上提出较为合理的换档策略，以提高检测结果的一致性。

Effect Research of Shift Strategy on Heavy Duty Vehicle Fuel Consumption Test

In the heavy commercial vehicle fuel consumption regulation＇s test, there is no specific shift strategy. However, different shift strategies bring about different test results. In this paper, by establishing a mathematical model for simulating the fuel consumption test process, and under the pre-conditions of meeting the need of regula- tions, the test results with two extreme shift strategies have bigger differences. On this basis, the authors put forward a reasonable shift strategy in order to improve the test results consistency.
