寻常型银屑病患者维甲酸受体α基因第6外显子碱基突变

目的　分析寻常型银屑病患者维甲酸受体α基因序列。方法　选取对维甲酸有不同反应性的寻常型银屑病患者有核细胞 ,提取其基因组DNA ,通过聚合酶链反应扩增维甲酸受体α的第 6外显子序列 ,并对扩增产物进行序列测定。结果　第 6外显子第 93位碱基存在差异 ,出现C→G的改变。但从我们选取的对维甲酸反应性不同的寻常型银屑病患者中 ,未发现彼此间外显子碱基序列存在差异。结论　银屑病患者维甲酸受体α第 6外显子碱基序列发生突变 ,但目前还不能确定突变点在维甲酸反应性差异中的作用

Mutation in exon 6 of retinoic acid receptor alpha in patients with psoriasis vulgaris

Objective To analyze nucleotide sequence of the g ene of retinoic acid receptor of patients with psoriasis vulgaris (PV). Methods The karyotes of PV patients were selected, and the DNA of the genome was extracted, then amplified with polymerase chain reaction to exami ne the sequence of its exon. Results Difference was found i n 93 rd nucleotide, indicating change of C→G. However, no difference in t he nucleotide sequence of these exons was detected in all these selected PV pati ents who had different reactions to retinoic acid. Conclusion Mutation occurs in the exon 6 of retinoic acid receptor α for patien ts with PV. The function of the mutation in the nucleotide sequence for the diff erent reactions to retinoic acid is not certain.
