基于AMESIM的XZ5110型垃圾车刮板操纵系统仿真

摘    要:应用AMESim对XZ5110型后装压缩式垃圾车装填机构刮板控制系统进行建模仿真,对比分析开环、闭环装填机构刮板反馈控制系统的运动特性,仿真结果表明闭环反馈控制系统可明显改善刮板运动状况。可为提高装填机构的设计水平提供参考依据。

Abstract:In this paper,modeling and simulation of scraper board feedback control of loading mechanism for XZ5110ZYS back-loaded and compressed dust cart carried out using AMEsim,kinematic characteristic for opening and closed loop control system has compared and analysed.The simulation result shows that the feedback loop control system has good kinematic quality which can provide the references for loading mechanism design level.
