摘    要:85,000吨散货船是上海船舶研究设计院主导开发的一型超巴拿马浅吃水型散货船。与以往同尺度船型相比,有着布置集约化、轻量化、油耗更低,经济性更优等特点。该船的结构设计因严苛的空船重量要求而面临重大挑战,在满足CSR-H 2018的基础上,需全方位、多层面进行结构重量优化工作。本文从该船的结构布置、计算、施工配合等方面,着重阐述了该船设计中的技术难点和有效的优化措施,为今后散货船设计提供参考。

Abstract:The 85,000DWT is a super-panamax, shallow draft bulk carrier independently developed by SDARI. Compared to ships of similar main particulars, this vessel supersedes others in aspects of arrangement intensity, weight reduction, fuel consumption and economical values. Major challenges are posted to structural designers in immensely tight weight control. Endeavors of an all-around, multi-staged structural optimization were made based on the satisfaction of the CSR-H 2018 rules. Main technical difficulties and optimization methods were discussed in this article considering structural arrangement, calculations and construction. It is hoped that the findings would be of assistance to engineers designing bulk carriers with strict light weight target in the future.
