摘    要:以某大型豪华邮轮的压载系统为研究对象,基于CFD方法,利用Flowmaster建立一维管路模型,采用理论公式计算对比软件建模仿真的方法验证压载泵特性参数的准确性,同时在考虑阀门开度和压载舱相对高度等特殊节点参数选择的基础上分析邮轮压载系统压排水时的水力特性规律。仿真结果表明,采用CFD方法仿真分析邮轮压载系统管路布置是合理准确的,规定时间内系统的压排水量以及节点支路流量的变化规律能满足压载系统的布置要求。

Abstract:A large luxury cruise ship is slender and has a high center of gravity. The status of the ballast system affects the floating state of the cruise ship and plays a vital role in the safe navigation of the cruise ship. This study takes the ballast system of a large luxury cruise ship as the research object, uses Flowmaster to establish a one-dimensional pipeline model based on the CFD method, and verifies the accuracy of the ballast pump characteristic parameters by using theoretical formula calculations, comparison software modeling and simulation methods. Considering the selection of special node parameters such as the valve opening and the relative height of the ballast tank, the hydraulic characteristics of the cruise ship"s ballast system during pressure drainage are analyzed. The simulation results show that it is reasonable and accurate to use the CFD method to simulate and analyze the piping layout of the cruise ship ballast system. The pressure discharge volume of the system within the specified time and the change law of the node branch flow can meet the layout requirements of the ballast system.
