大型耙吸式挖泥船泥舱结构横向强度校核方法分析

摘    要:随着耙吸式挖泥船的日益大型化,提高排泥的效率是船东或运营方关心的问题。采用大尺寸的泥门虽然能够加快排泥的速度,但会使泥舱肋板或强框架的间距超出规范的要求,需要对泥舱区域横向强度进行分析。将《油船结构强度直接计算分析指南》与《箱型驳船横向强度校核方法》相结合,以一条17000m3耙吸式挖泥船为例进行了有限元分析。该方法可有效评估泥舱横向强度。

Abstract:With the scaling up of trailing suction dredgers, how to raise the efficiency of mud unloading becomes the concern of ship owners and operators. Although large scale mud door can increase the mud unloading speed, the interval of rib plates or strong frames may exceed the regulation limit; therefore, reinforcements on the transversal strength of the mud tank area is necessary. This study carries out finite element analysis of a 17000m3 trailing suction dredger based on the combined Guidelines for Direct Strength Analysis of Tankers' and Methods for Pontoon Barge Transverse Strength Assessment. This method is useful for evaluating the transverse strength of the mud tank.
