深水半潜式钻井平台的设计和建造研究

摘    要:半潜式钻井平台具有极强的抗风浪能力、优良的运动性能、巨大的甲板面积与装载容量和更高的作业效率等特点,在深水能源开采中具有其他形式平台无法比拟的优势。以上海外高桥造船有限公司建造的深水半潜式钻井平台“海洋石油981”为例,对在建造过程中主要应用的有限元数值计算、超高强度钢焊接、平台码头系泊抗台风、减震降噪、重量控制等工作进行了总结,为今后工作积累经验。

Abstract:Semisubmersible drilling platforms have several features such as great anti-wave ability, excellent seakeeping performance, vast deck area and loading capacity and higher working efficiency; therefore, they have unmatchable advantages over other platform types in exploring deepwater energy resources. Taking the deepwater semisubmersible drilling platform "Ocean Oil 981" as an example, which is built in Shanghai Waigaoqiao Shipbuilding Co., Ltd, this paper summarizes several main applications such as finite element calculation, ultrahigh strength steel welding, platform antityphoon pier mooring, vibration and noise reduction and weight control during the construction process, so as to accumulate some experience for future developments.
