摘    要:早期修建的很多桥梁采用水泥混凝土桥面铺装,水泥混凝土桥面行车噪音比沥青混凝土大,随着经济发展及环保要求的逐步提高,越来越多工程采用水泥混凝土铺装的城市桥梁通过"白改黑"来达到降噪、提升行车体验的目的。针对某城区高架桥的实际情况,在确保工程桥梁结构安全的前提下,选择了合理的桥面铺装改造方案,先彻底处治原桥面病害,然后精铣刨1.2cm厚原桥面铺装,最后铺筑1.2cm厚Thus-12极薄磨耗层。改造后桥面行车噪音明显降低,路面平整度及抗滑性能大幅提升,运营1年半后路面未发现明显病害,工程效果表明桥面铺装改造达到了预期目标。

Abstract:Many of the bridges built in the early days were paved with cement concrete bridge decks. The traffic noise of cement concrete bridge decks was larger than that of asphalt concrete. With the gradual improvement of economic development and environmental protection requirements,more and more urban bridges using cement concrete pavements achieved the purpose of noise reduction and enhance the driving experience by"Add-surfacing AC Layer on the PCC". Aiming at the actual situation of a viaduct in a certain city,under the premise of ensuring the safety of the bridge structure,a reasonable bridge deck pavement reconstruction plan was selected,and the original bridge deck surface disease was completely treated first,and then the 1.2 cm thick original bridge deck pavement was finely milled. Finally,a 1.2 cm thick Thus-12 ultra thin wearing course was laid. After the renovation,the noise of the bridge deck was significantly reduced,and the pavement smoothness and anti-sliding performance were greatly improved. After one-and-a-half years of operation,no obvious disease was found on the pavement. The engineering results show that the pavement reconstruction achieves the expected goal.
