盾构刀具异常磨损及改进研究

摘    要:针对南京长江隧道大直径泥水盾构在穿越砾砂-砂卵石地层时刀具出现异常磨损,从刀具设计和工艺等方面对磨损原因进行分析,提出刀具的改进方案。工程应用表明,改进后的刀具其使用寿命是原装刀具的6倍,工程效益明显,对类似工程有很好的借鉴作用。

Abstract:In dealing with the abnormal abrasion happened to the tools of the large-diameter slurry shield machines in Nanjing Yangtze River Tunnel when passing through gravel-sand cobble stratums,an improvement proposal is put forward from aspects of tool design and processing. The construction application shows that the service life of improved tools is six times of original ones,which could be taken as reference for similar projects.
